Refund policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if your online items have arrived and it is not what you ordered, please read the following:

• You have 30 days to return your items.
• All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or outdoor use. All packaging including labels and tags must be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and, if mailed, sent on a parcel bag through registered mail.
• You will need to provide proof of purchase.
• Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
• We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for custom made products.

If you exchange your goods we won't charge for a second delivery.

Refunds will only be an option for items that were not made to the specific order details. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded excluding postage using the original payment method.
