Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if your online items have arrived and it is not what you ordered, please read the following:
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to return your items.
- All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or outdoor use. All packaging including labels and tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and, if mailed, sent on a parcel bag through registered mail.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase.
- Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
- We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for custom made products.
If you exchange your goods we won't charge for a second delivery.
Refunds will only be an option for items that were not made to the specific order details. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded excluding postage using the original payment method.

Shipping
How long will it take to get my orders?
We usually dispatch our orders in 1 - 2 weeks. Might take longer for overseas orders.
What are the shipping costs?
Postage and handling fees are $25 AUD - Australia wide. International orders are calculated by weight and destination location upon checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I return my boots?
- Check that you meet all the return conditions.
- Place your items and the original packaging inside a parcel bag and ship it to Jassi at 9 Pates Road, Denmark, WA (6333) through any registered mail of your choice (or drop in to our workshop in Denmark, WA).
