Your ugg boots are handmade to order. Like anything made with love and care, it might take some time. We usually dispatch our orders in 1 - 2 weeks.
Do you have an urgent order?
Our postage rates are based on the weight, size and destination of your boot order. Parcels will be dispatched once order is complete.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Postage Rates within Australia
Flat rate of $25 AUD for national orders.
International postage
Jassi happily posts internationally so that our overseas friends can enjoy the luxuries of a handmade Australian sheepskin ugg boot from anywhere in the world. Generally, orders will be received within 2 weeks, although certain destinations may take longer. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

How long will it take to get my orders?
We usually dispatch our orders in 1 - 2 weeks. Might take longer for overseas orders.
What are the shipping costs?
Postage and handling fees are $25 AUD - Australia wide. International orders are calculated by weight and destination location upon checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Returns
How do I return my boots?
- Check that you meet all the return conditions.
- Place your items and the original packaging inside a parcel bag and ship it to Jassi at 65 Rice Road, Denmark, WA (6333) through any registered mail of your choice (or drop in to our workshop in Denmark, WA).
What are your return conditions?
- You have 30 days to return your items.
- All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or outdoor use. All packaging including labels and tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and, if mailed, sent on a parcel bag through registered mail.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase.
- Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
- We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for custom made products.
